Yuee Experiment is committed to providing reliable laboratory products and custom quartz/glass components that meet agreed specifications and reasonable quality standards for professional laboratory, research, analytical, and industrial applications.

This Warranty & Quality Guarantee explains how we review product quality issues, manufacturing defects, replacements, remakes, and warranty-related claims.

 

1. Company Information

Yuee Experiment provides quartz cuvettes, glass cuvettes, micro flow cells, fused silica optical windows, XRD sample holders, PTFE and ceramic laboratory products, and custom quartz/glass components for laboratories, distributors, research institutions, and analytical instrument companies.

2. Our Quality Commitment

We aim to provide products that meet the agreed written specifications, product descriptions, drawings, quotations, and reasonable quality expectations for their intended professional use.

Depending on the product type, our quality review may include inspection of one or more of the following:

  • Product appearance

  • Dimensions

  • Optical path length

  • Material type

  • Window clarity

  • Bonding or assembly quality

  • Channel structure for flow cells

  • Port or fitting alignment

  • Packaging condition

  • Other agreed specifications

For custom products, quality evaluation is based on the agreed quotation, drawings, samples, written specifications, and approved production requirements.

 

3. Covered Products

This Warranty & Quality Guarantee may apply to products purchased directly from Yuee Experiment, including:

  • Quartz cuvettes

  • Glass cuvettes

  • Micro cuvettes

  • Flow-through cuvettes

  • Micro flow cells

  • Fused silica optical windows

  • XRD sample holders

  • PTFE laboratory products

  • Ceramic laboratory products

  • Custom quartz/glass components

  • OEM or special-order components

Warranty coverage may vary depending on product type, application, agreed specifications, and order terms.

 

4. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated in a written quotation, invoice, or agreement, quality-related claims must be reported within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Visible shipping damage, missing items, incorrect products, or visibly defective products must be reported within 5 business days after delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

For custom products, any claim must be supported by clear evidence showing that the product does not meet the agreed written specifications.

 

5. Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed written specifications, Yuee Experiment may, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Remake

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

A manufacturing defect may include issues such as incorrect dimensions, incorrect material, visible production defect, improper assembly, or failure to meet agreed written specifications, subject to review by Yuee Experiment.

 

6. Custom Products

Custom products may include products made according to customer drawings, samples, written specifications, special dimensions, special optical path length, special volume, special channel geometry, ports, fittings, material, coating, or packaging requirements.

For custom products, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications before production begins.

Custom products are evaluated based on the agreed written specifications. A custom product will not be considered defective solely because:

  • The customer later changes the design or application

  • The customer provided incomplete or incorrect specifications

  • The product does not fit an instrument due to inaccurate customer measurements

  • The customer selected an incompatible material or configuration

  • The customer’s application requirements changed after production

  • The product was used outside the agreed specifications

If a custom product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed written specifications, Yuee Experiment may provide repair, replacement, remake, credit, or refund at our discretion.

 

7. What Is Not Covered

This Warranty & Quality Guarantee does not cover damage, failure, loss, or performance issues caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Incorrect installation

  • Incorrect cleaning

  • Chemical incompatibility

  • Exposure to unsuitable solvents, acids, alkalis, samples, or reagents

  • Excessive temperature

  • Excessive pressure

  • Physical impact, dropping, scratching, or breakage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer modification or repair

  • Contamination after delivery

  • Improper storage

  • Use outside agreed specifications

  • Use in an incompatible instrument or system

  • Failure to follow reasonable laboratory handling practices

  • Damage caused by shipping after the product has been received and accepted

Quartz, glass, fused silica, optical windows, cuvettes, and flow cells are fragile products. Breakage caused by handling, installation, cleaning, storage, or use after delivery is not covered unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

 

8. Chemical, Temperature, and Pressure Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for their chemical environment, temperature conditions, pressure conditions, wavelength range, and instrument requirements.

Yuee Experiment may provide general technical guidance, but we do not guarantee suitability for a specific chemical, temperature, pressure, biological, medical, diagnostic, or industrial application unless expressly confirmed in writing.

For flow cells, optical windows, and custom components, customers should provide relevant operating conditions before ordering, including pressure, flow rate, solvent or reagent type, temperature, wavelength range, and mounting requirements where applicable.

 

9. Optical Performance

For products used in optical or spectroscopic applications, performance may depend on product material, path length, wavelength range, cleanliness, handling, instrument condition, sample type, and user procedure.

Yuee Experiment may provide general material or product information, but customers are responsible for confirming suitability for their specific optical method, instrument, and application.

If optical performance requirements are critical, customers should provide written specifications before ordering, including wavelength range, transmission requirements, surface quality, tolerance, and any testing requirements.

 

10. How to Submit a Warranty or Quality Claim

To submit a warranty or quality claim, please contact us at info.us@yueexperiment.com and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name or SKU

  • Quantity affected

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of packaging, if relevant

  • Measurement results, if applicable

  • Original quotation, drawing, or agreed specifications, if applicable

  • Description of how the product was used, cleaned, stored, or installed

  • Any other supporting information reasonably requested by Yuee Experiment

We may request additional information before determining whether the issue is covered.

 

11. Product Inspection and Return for Review

Yuee Experiment may require the product to be returned or made available for inspection before approving a repair, replacement, remake, refund, or credit.

Customers should not discard products involved in a quality claim until the review is complete.

If a return is required, Yuee Experiment will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

12. Resolution Process

After receiving the required information, Yuee Experiment will review the claim and determine whether the issue is covered under this Warranty & Quality Guarantee.

If the issue is covered, Yuee Experiment may provide an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, remake, credit, or refund.

If the issue is not covered, we may still provide support or offer a paid replacement, repair, or remake where possible.

 

13. Limitation of Warranty

This Warranty & Quality Guarantee is limited to the product purchased from Yuee Experiment and does not cover indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

Yuee Experiment is not responsible for experimental failure, instrument downtime, sample loss, contamination, data loss, production delay, lost revenue, or other indirect losses resulting from product use, product selection, or product failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuee Experiment’s total liability for any warranty or quality claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

 

14. No Additional Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty & Quality Guarantee or in a written agreement signed by Yuee Experiment, we make no additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 

15. Changes to This Warranty & Quality Guarantee

Yuee Experiment may update this Warranty & Quality Guarantee from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Warranty & Quality Guarantee.
