By using our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing products from Yuee Experiment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Information

Yuee Experiment provides quartz cuvettes, glass cuvettes, micro flow cells, fused silica optical windows, XRD sample holders, PTFE and ceramic laboratory products, and custom quartz/glass components for laboratories, distributors, research institutions, and analytical instrument companies.

2. Website Use

You may use our website to view products, request information, submit inquiries, request quotations, and place orders where available.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of our website.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability information. However, product images are for reference only and may not perfectly represent the final product, especially for custom products.

Specifications, materials, dimensions, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice. For technical or custom applications, customers should confirm all required specifications before placing an order.

4. Quotations

For custom products, OEM components, special dimensions, large quantities, or non-standard requirements, we may provide a written quotation.

A quotation may include product description, specifications, price, estimated lead time, payment terms, shipping terms, and other relevant conditions. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

A quotation does not become a binding order until accepted by the customer and confirmed by Yuee Experiment.

5. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or through an approved quotation. Yuee Experiment reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or request clarification for any order.

An order is considered accepted only after Yuee Experiment provides order confirmation or begins processing the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product type, material, dimensions, optical path length, volume, quantity, shipping address, and application requirements, are accurate before confirming the order.

6. Custom Products

Custom products may include, but are not limited to:

Custom quartz cuvettes
Custom glass cuvettes
Micro flow cells
Flow-through cuvettes
Fused silica optical windows
XRD sample holders
OEM quartz/glass components
Products made according to drawings, samples, or customer specifications

Custom products are manufactured based on the specifications, drawings, samples, or written requirements provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete technical information.

Once production has started, custom products generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the product does not meet the agreed written specifications.

7. Technical Specifications and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application, instrument, chemical environment, wavelength range, temperature condition, pressure condition, or laboratory process.

For custom products, customers should provide relevant information when available, including:

Wavelength range
Material requirement
Optical path length
Dimensions
Volume or capacity
Channel geometry
Port/fitting requirements
Quantity
Drawing, sample, or reference image
Chemical, temperature, or pressure conditions

Yuee Experiment may provide general technical guidance, but the final responsibility for product selection and suitability remains with the customer.

8. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed or quoted in the currency shown on the website or quotation. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges unless expressly stated.

Yuee Experiment reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Payment terms may vary depending on the order type, customer account, quotation, or agreed arrangement. For custom products, full or partial prepayment may be required before production begins.

9. Lead Time and Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on product type, material availability, production complexity, inspection requirements, order quantity, and shipping conditions.

Yuee Experiment will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, force majeure events, incorrect customer information, incomplete specifications, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on destination, product type, order value, and customer requirements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products may be legally imported into the destination country and for complying with all applicable import regulations.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If products are damaged during shipping, missing, or visibly defective, customers should contact Yuee Experiment within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:

Order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Description of the issue
Shipping label or tracking information

Failure to report visible shipping damage or missing items within the required period may affect the ability to process a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.

12. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be eligible for return or refund only if they are unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and approved by Yuee Experiment in advance.

Custom products, special-order products, products made according to customer drawings or specifications, and products that have been used, modified, contaminated, damaged, or improperly handled are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Customers must contact Yuee Experiment before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

13. Quality Guarantee

Yuee Experiment aims to provide products that meet the agreed specifications and reasonable quality standards for laboratory and analytical applications.

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not meet the agreed written specifications, Yuee Experiment may, at its discretion, provide repair, replacement, remake, credit, or refund.

This quality guarantee does not cover damage or failure caused by:

Improper use
Incorrect cleaning
Chemical incompatibility
Physical impact or breakage
Excessive temperature or pressure
Incorrect installation
Customer modification
Normal wear and tear
Use outside the agreed specifications

14. Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended for professional laboratory, research, analytical, industrial, or scientific use. Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with applicable laboratory procedures, instrument requirements, and safety regulations.

Yuee Experiment is not responsible for injury, loss, contamination, equipment damage, experimental failure, or other damages resulting from improper use, incorrect product selection, misuse, or use outside the agreed specifications.

15. No Medical, Diagnostic, or Regulatory Claims

Unless expressly stated in writing, Yuee Experiment products are not sold as medical devices, diagnostic devices, pharmaceutical products, or products approved by any specific regulatory agency.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for any regulated use or application.

16. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Yuee Experiment and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Customers who provide drawings, designs, samples, or technical information represent that they have the right to provide such materials to Yuee Experiment for quotation, manufacturing, or technical review.

17. Confidential Information

If customers provide drawings, specifications, samples, or technical documents for custom manufacturing, Yuee Experiment will use such information for quotation, production, quality control, and related business purposes.

If a separate non-disclosure agreement is required, customers should request one before submitting confidential or proprietary technical information.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuee Experiment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of our website, products, quotations, or services.

Yuee Experiment’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

19. Force Majeure

Yuee Experiment shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disruptions, transportation delays, customs delays, supplier shortages, pandemics, government actions, power outages, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Yuee Experiment is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of any third-party websites.

21. Changes to These Terms
